Lower Wood Farm CL is Adult Only and we welcome well-behaved dogs.
The pitches at Lower Wood Farm are set in a one-acre paddock adjoining our holiday cottage complex with views across grazing marshes and open farmland. The pitches are on an all-grass area, with electric hook up, shared water and waste facilities.
We are open from Easter to 31st October (depending on weather conditions).
This is an excellent location for visiting the Norfolk coastal resorts, Norfolk broads and tourist attractions. One mile from the main road ensures peace and tranquillity. The local footpath network passes the farm. Just two miles away are the villages of Filby, Ormesby and Caister on Sea for local shopping. Great Yarmouth with all the attractions is just 3 miles.

Well behaved dogs welcome:
- Your dog must be kept on a lead at all times
- Must NOT be left unattended on site in the caravan/awning.

Lower Wood Farm has a superb indoor heated swimming pool and Play Barn which are in keeping with the rural farm buildings and its safe outdoor grass play paddock completes the ingredients for a perfect holiday in Norfolk.
